ATM Cassette Loading System (ACLS)
The ATM Cassette Loading System (ACLS) is designed to streamline cash center operations where ATM replenishment is involved.
Based on the ATM forecasting system output, the banknote sorter fills one or more dedicated pockets with a the required amount of ATM grade banknotes.
The ACLS robotic arm reaches into the sorter to collect the stack of banknotes, opens the cassettes, fills each cassette with the required amount (which depends on the destination ATM), prints labels and bar codes which are automatically applied onto the cassettes.
The ATM cassette is closed with a bar coded seal applied to the latch. A secure conveyor can take the cassettes to a reservoir/buffer or to the shipping area. Integrity and efficiency of operations are greatly improved while manual labor -and the issues associated with it are reduced through one fully integrated automated system.
ACLS can be interfaced to De La Rue or G&D sorters. Interface with other sorters can be evaluated and designed.
ACLS has been tested with NCR cassettes. Other cassettes options can be evaluated and designed.
RFID based options are available.
